Polyvinyl Alcohol
Polyvinyl alcohol is a water-soluble and biodegradable synthetic polymer. It is solid and available in both granule and powder form. It is an excellent adhesive with superior bonding strength, film-forming, and emulsifying properties. The film exhibits outstanding resistance to oil, grease, and solvents. It also has excellent adhesion to both hydrophobic materials.
Starch (Native Starch)
It is an Industrial starch derived from tapioca root. It is developed for the textile industry and used with PVA in warp sizing to save cost without affecting the weaving efficiency.
Textile Warp Sizing

Warp sizing is the process of giving a protective coating or film using natural or artificial adhesive on the top surface of yarn to minimize yarn breakages during weaving operation.
Pre Treatment

Pre-treatment is the process to remove impurities from the cotton to make cotton more suitable for dyeing and further process. The pre-treatment process needs to go through some processes like de-sizing, sequestering, scouring, mercerizing, wetting, etc.
Dyeing Process

Dyeing process conveys beauty to the textile fabric or yarn by applying various colors and their shades. Dyeing is normally done in a special solution containing dyes and particular chemical material. Dye molecules are fixed to the fiber by absorption, diffusion, or bonding with temperature and time being key controlling factors.
Finishing Process

Textile finishing process to make the fabric usable and more specifically for any specific performance, look and hand feeling etc.
Dyestuffs

Modified starches are chemically oroxidized and ester modified industrial starch derived from Tapioca. Itssize film has excellent tenacity, abrasion resistance and good adhesive strength for various fibres. It is easy to be de-sized and waste-water can be treated with biological decomposition. The dosage of PVA can also be reduced by using it.
Textile Printing Chemical

Textile printing is the process of applying color to fabric in definite patterns or designs. The color needs to bond with the fiber, so they resist washing out and friction. To complete the whole process blanket gum, resistant salt, soaping agent, and fixing agent are required.
Denim Solution

DENIM, world’s most iconic fabric. With only one word “DENIM”, everybody will understand what it is. To make DENIM, BEN TECH CHEMICAL has the complete solution of chemicals those required to produce DENIM
Laundry

In this process where the ready-made garments especially denim products used to modify the outlook, appearance, fashion, and comfortability. Garment’s washing is the visual finishing process given to the denim fabric to enhance the appeal and to provide strength.
